Temperature sensitivity
Made up of high quality insulation which slows the sublimation rate of dry ice and requires less to achieve equal or greater thermal protecton time. Offering peace of mind protection in this temperature and time critical supply chain.
Made up of basic insulation that speeds up the sublimation rate of the dry ice and puts added pressure on transporting highly temperature and shock sensitive payload on-time and within temperature.
Strict delivery timeframe
Extended thermal protection time removes the worry of delay and need to re-ice during transit. The box doesn't need to be opened until it reaches its destination providing maximum protection with minimum risk.
Combining a shorter thermal protection time with delays in transit puts the payload at risk of temperature excursion. Additional re-icing steps are typically needed however this increases the risk of human error during re-icing and re-packing.
