That’s why we’re honored to receive a Platinum Distinguished Leader Award from Family Friendly New Mexico for our Albuquerque, New Mexico location.
Platinum is the highest recognition for businesses that prioritize family friendly policies. Each recipient must have at least two policies related to paid leave, health support, work schedules and economic support, and they must offer a minimum paid leave based on the size of their business.
But what sets these companies apart from other winners is their commitment to pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and community investment. Winners must have at least one policy in one of these categories and comply with the New Mexico Fair Pay for Women Act.
